Know how every group in your center is progressing, week by week.
Every group in your training center, in one view. Fewer students drop out, more continue with you, and your quality is backed by evidence.
Arabic and English. No need to change your current system.
The problem
Your records show the session happened. Not whether it worked.
Attendance isn't learning
You know who showed up, not who's keeping up.
Happy students aren't always learning students
Satisfaction surveys measure how students felt, not what they learned. And few fill them in.
Everything arrives too late
Exams and surveys come at the end, after the students you could have kept have left.
What changes
Same group. Now you see who's keeping up.
Karim attended all six weeks, and he's only 18% of the way to the objective. Now you see it in week 6, not at the exam.
What your center gets
See progress mid‑course. Act on it.
Keep more students
See who's drifting mid-course, while a teacher can still step in.
Fill your next course
Show each student how far they've come, so their next course is an easy conversation.
Quality you can prove
Evidence of progress for every group, not opinions at the end.
How it works
From objective to visible progress, in four steps.
It runs at your course's rhythm, so nobody waits for the exam to find out.
- 01
Set the objective and the activities
What students should reach, and the homework, assignments and quizzes that get them there.
- 02
Students complete them between sessions
Each piece of work is logged in the Portium app, so progress builds week by week.
- 03
Teachers send short feedback
While it can still change something, not after the exam.
- 04
Everyone sees progress
Teachers see who needs help this week. Students see where they stand. You see every group.
A teacher's week: set the activities, check the group, send a few short notes.
Who uses it
Management and teachers, finally looking at the same thing.
For owners and management
See every group's progress, week by week. Support teachers early, keep more students, and prove your quality with evidence.
For teachers
See who's falling behind early and help while it still matters. Students log their own work, so you don't.
Management sees how every group is progressing, so they can back teachers early.
Students see where they stand and get feedback between sessions.
Who it's for
Built for courses that run for weeks or months, not hours.

FAQ
Questions owners ask
Can't find your question? Ask it on a 30-minute call, with your own courses as the example.
Book a 30-min callWill teachers see this as extra work, or as being watched?
A little, and it's work teachers already do: set the weekly activities (homework, assignments, quizzes), check the group and send short feedback. Students log their own work. Management sees how each group is progressing.
How is progress calculated?
Each group has an objective and the outcomes students should reach. Between sessions, students log their homework, assignments and quizzes in the Portium app, and teachers send feedback. You see each group's progress toward its objective, week by week.
We already run satisfaction surveys. Why add Portium?
Surveys tell you how students felt at the end, from the few who answer. Portium shows each group's progress while the course is still running. Happy students aren't always learning students, so keep both.
Do we have to change our current system?
No. Keep your existing tools; Portium adds the progress view they can't give you.
Do students need an app?
Yes. Students use the Portium app to see where they stand and read feedback between sessions. Android is available on Google Play; iOS is in closed beta.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the size of your center. We'll give you a clear figure on a short call.
Which languages do you support?
Arabic and English, with more on the way.
Is Portium an LMS (learning management system)?
No. Your LMS hosts content and enrollments. Portium shows whether learning is happening in each group, and works alongside whatever you already run.
